01The form

02Why we ask
Because those three details decide most of the price. Lots tell us roughly how busy the building is, storeys and lifts tell us how much stair and corridor work each visit involves, and scope tells us which periodic jobs to price. With them, the walk-through is short and the quote is accurate.

03The format
It means the quote can go straight into the agenda papers without being rewritten: itemised by area and job, fixed for the contract term, showing hours per visit and GST, with the certificate of currency and any safety statements attached. A committee can approve it with a single resolution.
Timing matters as much as format. Consumer Affairs Victoria says the draft budget travels to every owner inside the AGM notice pack, so a quote that arrives after the notice has gone out usually waits another year. That is why the form asks for your meeting date.

Periodic jobs such as gutters, glass and carpets are listed as options with their own prices, which lets a committee sign off the weekly clean today and bring in the extras whenever it is ready. If you send us quotes from other contractors, we price the same scope so the comparison is fair.
04After you send it
Four steps: we reply to book a walk-through, send the written quote, wait for the committee or manager to approve it, then start on an agreed date, usually the day after any current contract ends. The first month is supervised closely.
